Renée Leckey brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role as an education consultant in our Auckland office. With a strong foundation in secondary teaching, specialising in history and social studies spanning fifteen years, Renée has honed her skills and insights into the educational landscape.

Renée's extensive experience extends beyond the classroom, having served in middle leadership roles in curriculum, pastoral care and contributing to Kāhui Ako initiatives both within and across schools. This multifaceted background informs her practice as a facilitator, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each educational setting.
Renée holds a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Educational Leadership from Auckland University, with her thesis focusing on understanding uncertainty for coaches and teachers in professional learning to support quality teaching for diverse learners. Her professional interests include educational change and improvement as well as coaching and mentoring.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Renée finds joy in exploring the beautiful landscapes of Aotearoa through travel and tramping. She also enjoys the gym, cooking, eating, and spending time with her dog, whether it be in the bush or by the beach.
