Who we work with
We practise what we preach in terms of our belief in the power of collaboration.
We work with kura, schools, Kāhui Ako and organisations across the education sector. Annually we work with over half of the kura and schools across Aotearoa. Our support extends to educators globally – we currently support the development of leaders in a range of educational settings off-shore.

Distinguished Professor Viviane Robinson is a global leader in educational leadership. We partner with Viviane on Leading by Learning which focuses on organisational learning and leadership, school effectiveness and improvement.
Arinui is an online platform for teacher professional growth we developed with The Tarn Group. They are a bespoke digital solutions provider based out of Dunedin. We brought out educational know-how to the partnership.
Grow Waitaha is governed by the Ministry of Education and Ngāi Tahu–Mātauraka Mahaanui. Grow Waitaha has supported schools in post-earthquake Canterbury through educational transformation. We work collaboratively with the governing partners, CORE Education, Leadership Lab and Massey University–Toi Āria, Canterbury schools and their communities.
We support leaders who can facilitate and lead adult learning in partnership with Joan Dalton. Joan is an internationally recognised educator based out of Australia. Our Leading Adult Learning courses, professional learning, and coaching is co-designed with Joan.
