Te Manu Ka Rere

The Te Manu Ka Rere ‘Setting Up For Success’ session will provide an overview of the support model and guide the development of the action plan.  Lead teams from multiple schools will attend the sessions.  They will feature collaborative breakout discussions and interactive planning activities to build shared understanding and ownership of the action planning process. This session empowers lead teams to take charge of their development journey, ensuring a consistent and well-informed approach to implementing effective strategies in their settings.
