Exploring Professional Growth Cycles: A workshop for leaders
Your chance to gain clarity about Professional Growth Cycles (PGCs).
Are you confident in moving staff from appraisal to PGCs? This workshop is a chance for professional leaders to engage deeply with this topic, to network with other leaders and to reflect on how they are supporting their teachers to grow whilst meeting professional requirements.
Professional Growth Cycles came into effect as of 1st February 2021. Professional leaders are experiencing a shift from an appraisal model to considering what a professional growth cycle will mean for their staff/colleagues. This workshop is designed to support and challenge thinking, to provide clarity of requirements, and to offer professional leaders an opportunity to deepen their understanding of PGCs.
