Terms and conditions (Early bird discounts for 2024 workshops)
The following Terms and Conditions apply to our early bird discounts for 2024 workshops. By registering our workshops, you agree to adhere to and be bound by all of these terms and conditions.
Early bird discount period: A 30% discount is available until 23:59 NZT on 31 January 2024. A 20% discount is offered for registrations from 1st to 29th February 2024.
Exclusions: These discounts do not apply to self-paced workshops on Canvas.
Eligible workshops: Discounts apply to workshops listed for 2024 as of the start of each discount period. Workshops added after these periods are excluded.
Capacity limitations: Discounts are subject to availability. If a workshop is full and not repeated, the discount is not applicable.
Group discount exclusion: Group discounts are not available with these offers.
Ticket allocation: A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per individual.
Refund policy: Refunds are available for cancellations five business days before the start of the workshop. There are no refunds for later cancellations. You may nominate a replacement delegate to attend a workshop at any time without charge, prior to the start date. All requests for cancellations and transfers should be in writing to info@evaluate.co.nz.
Workshop locations: All workshops will be conducted at specified locations and are not available for delivery in school premises (D2S).
Workshop changes: If a workshop is rescheduled or cancelled, registrants will be informed and given the option to transfer their booking to another workshop or receive a full refund.
Privacy: Personal information collected from registrants is used for managing this offer and informing future promotions. Registrants have the right to access and correct their information.
Registrants are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically for any amendments or updates.
