Clare’s current role involves partnering with beginning principals/tumuaki to provide targeted, tailored and timely support to meet their individual needs as educational leaders. Communicationswith beginning principals/tumuaki are underpinned by Clare’s belief and practice in Open to Learning/Future Focus Inquiry and/or coaching based on her experience as an Accredited Coach with Growth Coaching International.

Clare currently lives in North Canterbury. Returning to the South, her turangawaewae, and being geographically closer to whānau is a real joy! Her interests include reading, gardening, interior design, swimming, beach walking and, of course, whānau.
