The role:

Are you an evaluator, motivated to make a difference to the quality of education across Aotearoa? 

 We are looking for an experienced evaluator to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and lead evaluations for external clients. You will also have a key role in enhancing the internal evaluation of our own work.  

About you:

  • You are an experienced evaluator who has used a range of evaluative methodologies. 

  • You have a sound knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and apply this to your evaluation practice. Experience working with kaupapa Māori approaches would be an additional advantage. 

  • You are confident in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. 

  • You have experience in, or deep passion for, evaluation in education settings at the programme level. 

  • You are a highly capable project manager – you can lead all aspects of an evaluation project and lead high-functioning project teams. 

  • You are a problem solver. You bring creativity and an analytical approach to tackling problems. 

  • You’re a great communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • You love working with a passionate team of colleagues who really care about having an impact on the education system. 

  • You are looking for a position where you can play a strong role in shaping it to make the greatest difference.
